Aerosensa 50 (12er-Rolle)

Der Aerosensa 50, besser bekannt als AS-50, ist wohl der beste Federshuttle im Sortment von Yonex, jedoch nicht (mehr) für den offiziellen Wettkampfbetrieb in der Schweiz zugelassen.

Federbälle von Yonex werden aus den Federn chinesischer Gänse produziert, welche als Nebenprodukt der Nahrungsmittelindustrie anfallen. Die Shuttles zeichnen sich durch ausgezeichnete Qualität aus und halten daher sehr viel länger als viele andere Shuttles. Zusätzlich dazu fliegen sie sehr präzise und immer gleich, ergo gleich schnell und gleich weit (bei gleicher Speed-Indikation auf der Rolle). Dementsprechend ist es auch nicht erstaunlich, dass die Federbälle von Yonex an den allermeisten Grand-Prix-Turnieren, allen Weltmeisterschaften und Olympischen Spielen verwendet werden. Sie sind im Badminton Spitzensport und im Breitensport das Mass aller Dinge und die meistverkauften Shuttles auf der ganzen Welt.

Apropos Speed-Indikation: Bei der Wahl des passenden Federballs ist darauf zu achten, welche Geschwindigkeit gewählt wird. Es wird grundsätzlich zwischen Speed 1, 2 und 3 unterschieden. Speed 3 ist die richtige Geschwindigkeit für das Schweizer Mittelland. In leicht erhöhten Lagen kommt oft auch Speed 2 zum Einsatz. Speed 1 ist allenfalls auf den Jurahöhen oder im Engadin angesagt. Andere Shuttles fliegen dort über das Feld hinaus.

L'Aerosensa 50, mieux connu sous le nom d'AS-50, est sans doute le meilleur volant à plumes de la gamme Yonex, mais il n'est (plus) homologué pour les compétitions officielles en Suisse.
Les volants Yonex sont fabriqués à partir de plumes d’oies chinoises, issues de l’industrie agroalimentaire. Ces volants se distinguent par leur excellente qualité et ont donc une durée de vie bien plus longue que celle de nombreux autres volants. De plus, ils volent avec une grande précision et de manière toujours constante, c'est-à-dire à la même vitesse et sur la même distance (pour une même indication de vitesse sur le rouleau). Il n’est donc pas étonnant que les volants Yonex soient utilisés dans la grande majorité des tournois du Grand Prix, dans tous les championnats du monde et aux Jeux Olympiques. Elles font figure de référence tant dans le badminton de haut niveau que dans la pratique amateur, et sont les volants les plus vendus au monde.
À propos de l’indication de vitesse: lors du choix du volant adapté, il faut prêter attention à la vitesse sélectionnée. On distingue généralement les vitesses 1, 2 et 3. La vitesse 3 est celle qui convient au Plateau suisse. En altitudes légèrement plus élevées, on utilise souvent la vitesse 2. La vitesse 1 est recommandée tout au plus sur les hauteurs du Jura ou en Engadine. Les autres volants risquent de sortir du terrain à ces altitudes.

The Aerosensa 50, better known as the AS-50, is arguably the best feather shuttlecock in the Yonex range, although it is no longer approved for official competition in Switzerland.
Yonex shuttlecocks are made from the feathers of Chinese geese, which are a by-product of the food industry. The shuttlecocks are characterised by their excellent quality and therefore last much longer than many other shuttlecocks. In addition, they fly very precisely and consistently, meaning they travel at the same speed and the same distance (when the speed indicator on the roller shows the same reading). Consequently, it is hardly surprising that Yonex shuttlecocks are used at the vast majority of Grand Prix tournaments, all World Championships and the Olympic Games. They are the gold standard in both elite and recreational badminton and are the best-selling shuttlecocks worldwide.
Speaking of speed ratings: when choosing the right shuttlecock, you need to consider which speed rating to select. A basic distinction is made between Speed 1, 2 and 3. Speed 3 is the right speed for the Swiss Mittelland. At slightly higher altitudes, Speed 2 is often used. Speed 1 is recommended, if at all, in the Jura mountains or the Engadin. Other shuttlecocks fly beyond the court in those areas.
